Chapter Sisterhood

The women of Tri Delta are brought together for many reasons, but what keeps us in place is each other. We lean on our sisters through good times and bad, and we know we will always have a support system within this sisterhood.

Sisterhood is promoted within this chapter in a variety of ways. With fun events planned by our Sisterhood Chairs throughout the semester; From community volunteer opportunities to Exam Week reprieves. As a way to get the newest pledge class bonded as soon as possible, all new members attend the 'walkout retreat'. This allows everyone to get to know each other surrounded by nature and outside of the usual college-life structure.

During winter break, spring break, and summer, members take fun vacations and trips all over the world with sisters!

HAZING PREVENTION STATEMENT

Our Founders’ vision of creating an organization that would be “kind alike to all” is an inspiration that guides our deep commitment to providing a safe and meaningful lifetime experience, from the new member period onward.  Through education, Tri Delta remains committed to preventing hazing and promoting a safe environment of flourishing and success.  In accordance with our Purpose and ideals, Tri Delta has a zero-tolerance policy against hazing.  Hazing may be the least kind thing you can do to another human being – let alone a brother or sister.  And, as a founding sponsor of HazingPrevention.org, we are committed to empowering our members to prevent hazing through education, advocacy, and community engagement.
